OUR STORY

we have been everything from in-house talent, freelance talent, to consultants over the past decade. in all these capacities, there is a need we always saw unfulfilled: brand onboarding and project management for work that had been outsourced. hiring good talent isn’t enough, and being good talent wasn’t enough: there has to be a proper understanding between the brand and the talent in order to have effective, powerful, and precise deliverables. that’s where we come in.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

we believe that there’s a time and place for design agencies, but we aren’t that. the agency model was built around an understanding of a common culture and common audience, and large in-house marketing departments or large marketing budgets. in today’s global marketplace and gig-work ecosystem, many businesses have found it’s more economical to rely on freelance talent. until managing those projects and managing iteration after iteration because the talent hasn’t been given a thorough understanding of the brand doesn’t work.
